Dude, if u change the extension of the file to .mp3(in lower case) instead of .MP(upper case)...powermp3 will detect the file....it is a bug that it doesnt detect upper case extensions...

Also, I think that Power MP3 doesn`t see and search music
files outside of Sounds dir at your memory card...so if
you want all your music to be recognized, you must copy it
at Sounds folder on your mmc card...That why I think LCG Jukebox is better!
Cheers!!!

No offense, but i like LCG Jukebox better cause of the features like auto power off and playing music from exact folder........but for sound it is not the ideal one like the default player but the default is slow when start with the proccessing song (can anyone tell me if there is a possibility to stop the process and get faster start)......Thnx

yes, what mitke said is right, power mp3 can only read songs under sound folder. just create a mp3 folder under the sound folder and choose select folder then all your mp3 should be there. i like power mp3 too

@LovingUcbog: The "Processing" progress bar u mentioned which comes at the launching of the default n70/n72 music player is actually the player updating its database of songs by searching for new songs and deleted ones, ordering them into the default playlists - "Artists", "Albums" and "Recently Added"...if u wanna stop this then...
1>Install handy taskman available on this forum
2>When u see the progress bar on launch of the player, hold the menu button to get the taskman, highlight the music player and press the "c" button...when it asks "close music player?", press yes...this doesnt close the music player but stops the updating process...
This method turns out to be useful when the update process takes a long time due to large number of songs being present...:supz:

i never liked power mp3, it always gave trouble on my 3230. try lcg jukebox instead, its much much better.
