Cab is the installation file for ppcs. You copy it in your storage card and you execute it there! :D

I understood that part. Im not retarded. All I needed to know was how i could get the right key to work on my phone cause all i was getting was WRONG REGISTRATION CODE.

1.60.1 works fine with the current keygen

it's ok, i have upgraded to 1.60.2 and it worked fine using the old registration...so everything is ok :)
