The same problem for me today ... BUT I have uninstall Opera, install it again and now working well on my N70.
Download Opera from HERE ([Only registered and activated users can see links])

After that if u still have this "conflict" between Opera and the phone try to format u`re phone ...

But does your internal browser works? If you connect it to the inet is there an error that crashes the conexion? If it happens try removing your memcard then connect your internal browser widout mmc den wen it connects insert d mmc den try ur opera,
