It isn't very hard :) Everything it looks on so as UIQ2.1, but in UIQ3.0 musted use card reader and memory card. I can change all icons except icons of applications (calendar, contacts, camera, itp.) :/

I dont believe him changing the icons. His screen looks just like the regular uiq without the SE icons. If its legit, then why not explain it in the first post right away? Or was it just for showing off?

Install X-plore and go on Z:\resource watch all folder and maybe You will guess ;) how change icons at UIQ3

Im guessing he/she is taking about the Z:\resource\activitymenu\customisations\semc_defau lt

much like how to change fonts by using the memory card and adding fonts to D:\resource\font

maybe by adding .png images to C:\resource\activitymenu\customisations\semc_defau lt and naming them correctly you can theortically change the images of the device to what you want, if the device will read the card instead of the Z drive. Sounds like alot of work but if you can make your activitymenu and totaly customize it, might be worth the work.

drag on icon by jog dial, then click More > Edit, then choose 'shortcut icon' > look through (3rd option) then choose the icon (*.png file 64x64 pixels).
I've polish menu so I don't know exact names :-/

csar428: No problem about shearing the GDesk theme, wallpaper and icons, I can give you direct link where you can find these icons with template as well so you can make your own icons as me, I was missing lots of icons so now I am making new as you can see walkman icon, coreplayer, power offer, swissmanager, etc....no problem to shear with them after I will finish it ;)

monte4gals It is little bit private right now, it took quite a lot of time to do that and it still needs to do something on it. Icons are originaly from iPhone but there was missing lots of them so I made lots of new icons..but don´t worry I will release it, you will find thread about it soon ;)

Mine is made of Clarity.utz, modded G900 radio skin, web for p990 with extendet button bookmark + homepage + exit, big keyboard, iPod skin for MediaPlayer + clarity.

Mind it is a v0.32a GDesk version, so no flick/swingin pages...but handy and...green! Good colors for external sunny use too.
My language is french, so edit all .r02 files onto your .rXX files!
Enjoy my pack.

Paparasee, I use those design which created by DSMA & artesea and then modified them, also I install icon pack from gabika
for DSMA you can find some in thread theme sony ericsson and artesea in My-Symbian.com

Font : i use normal font......

if you want to manage to keep hour/minute like my gdd, you can set the white box "not selectable" and then press button X

hey guys, i cannot remember exactly where i saw it and i maybe posting on the wrong thread but do any of you guys have or know where i can get the status bar icon for the mute that has the muted speaker icon like in vista? i would really appreciate that. =)

I dont remember where i found it. But i think wat you need is attached. Just unzip the contents of this file <MPSAudioLIB.zip> to c:/resource/MPSAudioLIB/ folder and restart your phone. This would give you the windows mute speaker.

Hi, I have a G900, is it possible to change the standby app icons/buttons to do something different?

hey there..i got a problem here..i was playing with my phone and decided to change the icons since the original icon look bored to me, and now i did change all of them using the .sis file..the problem is..i cant uninstall the icon.its black blossom icon pack..and after a while..i got bored of the black icon only and cant change them.please help
