As Lehvhron said, it is a list of free working emulators. I suggest you start with DeSmuME, as it has a good compatibility list.

Yes, you basically have 2 alternatives if you want to play your favourite game without problems:
1) Wait for the emulator to be fully compatible with your game.
2) Buy a DS and a linker, where you will put your game backup

After trying all of those emulators, I ended up with the second variant ^^ I have a few friends with a DS, Brother in Arms for example is excellent in multiplayer deathmatch! It is a way you'll miss with the emulators

It is surely better on the DS, but if One wants to try a game before buying - or does not have an NDS at all, the emulators fit in.

Emulators will get better with time, they've already improved a lot in the past year.

And they got really fine :)

Here is the latest working no$GBA emulator 2.6, supporting well 3D!
(This version costs $2.5 btw, have a thought for the developpers if you like it)
