Can't download CS:S says that servers are busy...But I can download HL2 and DoD:S, so I think they aren't really busy...

Anyone knowing this?? Because i want to know, if i just only have a free membership account and not a premium(paid) account.. Can i play it??

It gives this error when i try to launch the SaS's Steam:- "Platform Error: bad module "bin/friendsUI.dll", not loading" Does anyone know how to solve this? :s

(server request busy) what does that mean do I have to wait or is this a problem that can be fix?

for information: I've found out the real facts about these "Free/Cracked Steam" things in the internet:
1. NOT all games can be downloaded. This includes Team Fortress 2, Left 4 Dead, and Half-life 2 Episode 1 & 2 (also lots of them, including Call of Duty series, Unreal Tournament, etc.). If you try to download these games, it will say, "Steam server busy error". You can still play those games, however, you have to download the files from other sources (these files are in form of GCFs and NCFs) and put them in the steamapps folder inside the client folder.
2. These clients CANNOT connect to servers protected by VAC2 (Valve Anti Cheat 2) aka official/Steam servers. You can only use games downloaded from these clients for private/cracked servers.
3. ONLY Blank accounts can be used (no subscription/has NOT been used for buying even a single game). If you try to use the account that has been used for buying a game, the account could be BANNED.
