.RSC file is a file that usually founded on every sis app/games when installed.
It contains some recorded info about ur apps/games like languange, hi scores, and other crucial settings.. ;)
(some kind similar like registry in windows)
personally I didnt recommend 2 change the rsc
files unless u truly understand some programming language, otherwise unproper change may damage ur installed games/apps :D

Actually everything is included in the Help.txt inside the others folder. ;)
You have to edit every hex line which includes strings so you have to look at all of the lines :)
we will translate and add sisboom App. It has a different language file cuz it is written in python. The language is not inside the .rsc it is inside the pyc ;) You must use hex editor 4 translating it
TheOne® 22nd July 2007, 14:17 By the way if someone writes the english meaning of the russian words translation would be much more easier for sis boom ;)
PHoeZies 22nd July 2007, 15:08 Hello mduzer.. :)
great!! Will b waiting 4 sisboom translated version..
I can help u translate if u need help mate.. :D
Anyway actually u can juz use online translator worldlingo.com or translation.paralink.com
