GPS Tuner is an off-road navigation software for Pocket PC devices. While most car navigation software gives you the possibility of planning your route based on a road network, GPS Tuner gives you the ability of navigation where the roads end. GPS Tuner is an excellent tool for hiking, geocaching, boating, flying, driving and many other sporting activities.

AND turn off data traffic on your ppc..

for rvilhena
disconnect all trafic in your pda/phone...simply entering in fly mode if you have pdaphone...if not in connections choose lan work...for serial, note custom-key on pda screen and generates serial...fine...easy...

Thanks for this great software ...... I was abit confuse with the registration at 1st so just wanna bring it out for others whom are having problem with the keygen. Basically use the ID given in the GPS Tuner registration screen with the given keygen to generate the serial and fill in whatever on the Name and Email column and it should work.

Meh, this gps app is only so so usable compared to for example OziExplorer. I have tried tens of these apps and came to this conclusion. Other good one is a gpsdash, if u only need to see lots of gauges.:idol:

Previously working fine on my iPAQ but 2nd reload after a Hard Reset, serial generated by keygen is now "invalid" during registration. Any suggestion?

OK figure out my problem already LOL !!! I overlooked my GPRS. Just have to make sure totally no web access than it will proceed to manual activation. Bingo.

GPS is the Global Positioning System.

Your phone can tell you where you are on the world. With a good signal my MioA701 knows where it is to an accuracy of 20cm!!

The Cell information in Nokia and other phones is referring to which Mobile-network Cell you are connected to. This can give you a rough position since you are usually connected to the nearest mobile tranceiver (cell).

GPS is totally different and works much much better and is totally cool! If your phone has GPS you can use applications which are GPS-aware to find your way around, or measure your movement (for sports or events for example).

You can even plug it into Google earth or other PC programs that can access GPS.
