i am purchased recently and received today a kit with ms tool box, se tool 3 box, and ps tool box, but the ms tool box can have a problem,i am have downloaded the drivers, software to this, but its only recognized in windows XP by a Unknow device,no accepted any driver,and program appears need to select one device but no recognize this on list, i am tested with only ms tool in usb and only this on xp. whats problem of this ??? defect ???

dont appear a e-gate card on system and not detect it !

Hi,i am received MS tool box and downloaded drivers and software for this,but not install properly,its insist on " unknow device " as detected on windows xp,i am downloaded more drivers and appears on device manager only unknow device on usb devices and not appears the serial port and program ms tool 8 could not detect the e-gate card,its appear but software not accept this ! and i am install this on 3 machines and defect persists,whats i can solve this problem ?
