This is the latest Navfone Pro found on Nokia 6110 Navigator. Although, there is no documentation on the site as yet, I believe this will on work on Nokia S60V3 FP1 and above. Give it a try. Give your reviews here.

While it installed perfectly on my N95 i'm not sure as to where the maps should be installed and if it can load maps which are not in .sis form.

Hmm I'm having problems installing into my n73, i extract them into my c folder and copy all the folders into my sd card, it doesnt do auto install, tried it from file manager or apps manager, it doesnt seem to do anything, there is one sis file in the 6110 Navigator Navfone NAVFone_6110_v_1_2_7135_PA_signed weiandy\private\10202dce\NAVFone_6110_v_1_2_7135_P A_signed.sis or \private\10202dce\NAVFone_6110_v_1_2_7135_PA_signe d.sis it's unable to install. Have i do it correctly? or this apps doesnt support for n73?

This Navfone Pro 6110 v 1.2.7135 doesn't work with Nokia E90. NAVFone Pro version 1.2.6226 for N series is working perfectly on E90.

I think it will expired after 60 days. It required a license to run the GPS function after 60 days. The rest of the function still works like road routing and etc.

Bro, as to what I know, this version can only be install on S60v3 FP1 and above. Meaning its not for N73 or N95. There is a different version for these model. But I could be wrong, hehe .... :)

You Mean Extract all the files from the Zip files???

Yes, it will be fully functional after 60 days but you just cannot use the GPS function. Only GSM. This application came pre-install when I bought my N95 in Singapore (direct from the service provider). All the ppl in my country will sure exhibit expired after 60 or more days. The application still can be use but no more GPS function. Can still use GSM or route planning or location finding. Mine had also expired. I have bought the license (by IMEI number) and now I can use the GPS function. I'm not sure is there a different retail bundle by AGIS in Nokia 6110.

Copy all the file to memory card it will auto install... Jus restart ur fone... N if nt try installing it manually

Bro, as to what I know, this version can only be install on S60v3 FP1 and above. Meaning its not for N73 or N95. There is a different version for these model. But I could be wrong, hehe .... :)

N73 has OS9.1 with FP1...
So it should work on N73...

on mine there is route66 mobile8 or something, with navteq maps

what software is actually included in the navigator? specially those that are released in indonesia. can that be 'transfered' to n95?

i thought the one installed with the soft is malaysian maps.
i had to install the Jakarta map from the previous version, downloaded from the website.

well tried all ways...not compatable with N73 phones.....it wos worht a try though...mind you i live in the uk...and no maps.....so back to tomtom

I tried but received this error "unable to install". I tried to run the .sis file as well as .exe files found in the folders using the fone, still cannot. I really dont know wat went wrong. :(

By the way, how do u install via application manager?? After I have copied the files over to the fone, I dont see any files from the application manager that allows me to install the Navfone.

Ok I shall try again and write down all the steps to see where I have gone wrong.

Step 1: Extract all folders from i.e resource, private and sys Part 1 file to Phone MMC
Step 2: Repeat Step 1 for Part 2 to Part 4 folders to Phone (overwrite all the similar files)
Step 3: Confirm only three folders in the folder (resource, private and sys)
Step 4: Restart phone

NOTHING HAPPENS!!!

I did extract all files to computer before transferring to MMC. I did Repeat Step 1 for Part 2 to Part 4 folders to Phone (overwrite all the similar files). I guess is the wrong way. How to do it?? If I extract the folders from Part 1 to Part 4, they bear the same name folders, hence will definitely ask me to overwrite the files. Please advice the correct way of doing.

I downloaded the attached from 1st page namely
Navigator Navfone NAVFone_6110_v_1_2_7135_PA_signed .part01 to .part04.

I extracted the three folders (resource, private & sys) from .part01 to computer. After which, I transferred these three folders to phone E:\mmc\others. It doesnt get auto install so I switched off the phone and On it back again. Nothing happened after the phone was switched on. I tried to install manually with Navfone_6110_v_1_2_2135.PA_signed.sis but it gives me an error "unable to install".

That is all I did.

hey... i tried to install it in n95... .it installed good, runs fine.... connects to GPS fine... but when i press search the phone restarts itself as in ALWAYS restart everytime i press search. anyone experience this?

I am now officially the collector for gps softwares! Haha!... Have yet to test the accuracy and user interface from all of this software. Navfone is pretty hard to use actually.. It doesn;t run as smooth as route 66 and nokia maps.. And I suspected tht the accuracy is not that good.. I once stood in the cafeteria in my campus where in navfone, it showed me in the swimming pool! How awkward was that? Haha! Well maybe that time the gps connection is not stable.. Will report later!

Hey there everyone.. I wanted to share regarding Navfone.. It is super ultimately precise and almost complete (until now). Despite its non attractive maps, I think it is better than Nokia Maps since it has the details to the buildings around you. And it also knows what is inside the building (whether atm is there, restaurants etc...) Nokia maps is not that detail. However I have to check on its reliabiltiy.. I tested to the smallest lorong in kampung pandan and it shows everything. And how precise it was? Yes it was precise.. I think the sky was clear and I was in the open area...

Mapking? Hum.. my mapking expires already.. The software cannot be used anymo since it expires (hope there will be ways that it will not expires.. winks!)

As for now, still in the state of testing both nokia maps and navfone.. But untl now, I will say that navfone gives navigation and maps for free..It is also detail in nature.. However it only covers the area of KL and small part of selangor. I can;t unlock the south and north maps.. Have to subscribe...

if you go to www.navfone.com/nokia you will find there are two kinds of maps, they are for v1.2.7135 and v1.2.6226. please note they are not compatible to each other. if you install the right version there shouldn't be any problem. please log in and try it.

Go to >phone memory > 20001XXXXXX > delete file NAVFONE.EXP

3 months grace period should reset by then. Have fun!

and when starting at first screenshoot i find route66 and Navteq logo and in the package i find a dvd full of route 66 maps but need to be activated...(no luck)!!!

Naughty pope.. Do u happen to know this and maybe u can help me. Funny thing is, I have the map for Malaysia for Navfone.. When I check in the options/more/load map.. It says, there are 3 malaysia maps, central, north and south. I can only use the central one and when I tried to access the other two, it says demo version..

Just did an experiment and i could use other maps. here is wat i did

Actually followed wat ratih did just tat is the other file.

He might be my friend.. This is what in malay, we call, Kawan makan kawan. Anyway sad coz I can;t help for navigator anymore in this forum.... Enjoy your navigator while U can.. It will one day broken or lost.. It seems that my navigator served me well before and helped me alot.. I really miss my navigator and my life is different without it.

i tried this before the navigation for malaysia is totally wrong and inaccurate

I tried deleting the navfone.exp file and it keeps coming back and the program is still expired. Can someone help?

if you go to www.navfone.com/nokia you will find there are two kinds of maps, they are for v1.2.7135 and v1.2.6226. please note they are not compatible to each other. if you install the right version there shouldn't be any problem. please log in and try it.

u have to run the app first, then only the 20001xxxx will appear.
this is a 60-day trial ver if not mistaken, just bear with it...

after inserted again to my n95 and cllik the asia map it say

file for security reason "

first i tought it just not compatible for n95, soo i downgrade navfone to v 1.2.6226 but i have same problem with new version.. it say the same way and wont start the app..

before i installed the v 1.2.7135 i have the v 1.2.6226 and it work fine on my n95..

what should i do to make the old version work again in my n95....

i already deleted manual the folder that navfone used, and anything that connect to navfone file using card reader, but stiil after i copy the old version it wont start...

now i cant use my city map and nokia map update is to slow, until now i have not see anything about my city...

after copy 3 folders [private] [resource] [sys] into micro SD

never mind i already solved the problemm...

navphone v1.2.7135 does not compatible with n95..

i downgrade with v1.2.6226 and still have "unable to execute....... " but after i install additional map, it back work like charm and because i overwrite it with the last new one now i get additional voice direction in my v1.2.6226

i've just get the 6110 from my nephew. i tried to install these application, and it's work....!!

now i can use my Navigator with a real Jakarta Map

i tried to delete the load.ini, but it turns out that i cannot load any maps. it said it cannot send the sms. when i put the load.ini back to the folder. it loads as normal.
any advice?

Tried to install the map for 1.2.626 version (N95), prompted certificate expires. Question is: My Agisfone expires or the map?

In case of expired certificate...
Set the phone date back by 6-7 months...
Than install the app...
And than set the date back to routine...

Tested several times but to no avail... not running on my N95 v30.0.015.
Downgraded back to v1.2.6226 as it's the only workable AsiaMaps app.

I do everything according the guide, but the program Navfone doesn't appear on my 6110 navigator. It's poor for me :(

Can someone please create a SIS file that properly installs the relevant files...? I have copied it as instructed to my N95 8gb however when I go into App Manager, every time i attempt to install it, i get the "memory full" error.... please help...!
