Wikipedia
The current version is set to expire at the end of this month and currently has 400+ articles of the index S. Also, note that this is just a text-based version of Wikipedia -- without any images etc to keep the size down, as I want it to be used on old and new devices alike.
Lastly, you need to have iSilo (an excellent ebook reader) installed on your phone.
hope to get new version soon:)

okay app, but i think if someone really wants wikipedia, widsets are far better option...
with standard widset app (free) you get widget wikipedia, and it works fine on my n95

You're better off waiting for the proper Tomeraider ebook reader to come out as this will do nearly ALL of Wikipedia.
One has been in beta for the last 12 months and never accessible to the public (you can self sign and install the app, but requires serial code to get past).
best thing to do is to use Opera 3.1 for the time being and set it up to search Wiki

If you use MGmaps 1.35 and go to services you can enable wikimapia services. I do the same with my N95. but you have to set you favourite in Wikimapia through your PC

I am using the german version of Wikipedia as ebook with the mobireader. The book itself is from march 2006 and eats about 500mb of my memory card. My favourite application so far.
Don't know, where exactly to download, but there is an entry in the wikipedia, where it's described -just have a look.
