I think its 'cause u probably changed nokias fonts for something else ...

I am using Psiloc FontMagnifier.v1.22 S603rd. I have disabled it (returned to default fonts sizes) but it doesn't help.

U can upgrade your firmware to latest (4.0726.2.0.1) ..maybe its the problem.. :!:

I have this font (see attachment) and this app FontRouter LT (http://www.ipmart-forum.com/showthread.php?t=178086&highlight=fontrouter)(sign & install it after the font and reboot) on my phone..
so you"ll get the same font

You cant bicause N73 dosent have the option to choose external/internal gps and the default of this version is internal so install the other version

I went to a cellcom repair center to have them update my version from 2.5 to the latest 2.92. I got tired waiting for it to float the net.

All they had to do is connect my phone to a pc and double click on the installation file.
it appears that they had several problems
* I bought my phone second hand, it's an orange phone with their line in it
they got confused and didn't know what to do. they told me that it's the latest version, the same version that they have and that it supports traffic updates. I told them that it doesn't support traffic updates, the latest version is 2.92 and that my version doesn't support traffic updates. behind them was an lcd monitor with their commercial for the new cellcom navigator, avoid traffic etc...

in short, eventually the little person asked a bigger person who in turn asked a more experianced person and as I figure it out they as they say (I'm not completely sure how accurate it is) want to first install their firmware version for the phone and with it comes the new version of the cellcom navigator but to do that I have to go to another branch.

it's like reinstalling windows in order to install the latest version of office.
it's probably one of their procedures to make sure that it's completely compatible with their network, have less problems and warrenty.

I am NOT installing their version just to get an updates software. I'm getting along just fine with the older version.

besides, during traffic rush hours there is NO way to avoid it. the ministary of transportation said lately that Israel is behind infrastructure development by two to two and a half decades (20-25 years). all highways are jammed at this point or the other during traffic rush hours



This has been sixty minutes of me trying to get the latest version of the app (for external gps)

there is no any other language because this is a Israeli phone company (line voodaphone)
so there is no need in other language...

verified that this workaround's working.
after doing the above (turning on then off 'demo mode') will get the program
to search for a bluetooth gps device.

However when exiting the program and opening it again the software would not automatically connect to the bluetooth gps receiver unless you do this trick again. I'll wait for the next version.

You get the maps from Cellcom server but you don't need to pay at all!

So i told in the past that this ver. is for n95 with the internal gps/

its impossible to download it via wap, i tried that last week and they told me that the only way to get this application is in the Service Center.
So, the only way it's to ask people with this device that bought it from cellcom to upload the application! :)

I have installed the application (E65) with no problem, I can also open it. The problem is that it won’t work via 3G. No matter what, it keeps give me the same message: “GPS device was no found please connect GPS” . once again I don’t want to work with GPS but with the 3G option.

Hello guys, thanks for the great work you're doing.
Let me introduce my case :

I own a Nokia N95 8GB and I currently live in France, so I have a french telecom company called SFR (which is linked with Vodaphone network). I plan to come and visit Israel on vacation and couldn't find any navigation software that works on s60v3 with an Israel map until I discovered this post (thx dollitle bro by the way).

So my questions are :
1) can I use this soft in my case, knowing that I will have roaming in Israel and not have an israeli line (phone subscription)
2) does this soft need to use the phone line to work (download maps or vocal guidance from some israeli telecom company (cellcom?)) or is it offboard???
3) is this soft and maps in English? what would be great 'cause I can read hebrew (if there are vowels :cry: ) but definitly can't understand it and even less write it :suicide:!!
4) can someone post a link with the software navigation and maps in English if it exists.
5) if it doesn't exist, can someone point me to a soft that works on symbian s60v3 and which is in English (for entering adress at least) with English maps of Israel.

SIGNED_CellcomNavigator_N95_2_92_48.sis and Cellcom_Navigator.sis

first wants me to call cellcom and create account (or smth else)
second - can`t load map from server.

So I must to join cellcom and pay?

yeah I have the same problem. I checked it at work, there are some users who have access to this application and some doesn't, have it locked and the application tells them to call cellcom where they'll want to charge you 20 nis

it has nothing to do with a sim card, I have a cellcom sim card.
I think they lock the app manually for whoever isn't paying a monthly fee. if they're doing that they're using the device imei (something). it's a number that's burned in to every phone, basically it's unchangeable the procedure to change it if it does exists it complicated and risky

so for now the only alternative if you must have a navigation app is to use freemap.co.il it's open source application and it's not as good as cellcom navigator so don't get your hopes up

oh and it's in english as well.

anyone knows a way to crack the application or why/how it's being blocked?

it's being blocked from cellcom servers.. we can't use this app anymore.
now i'm stuck with the bluetooth gps reciever which cost me 400NIS...
i hope that a new free gps app for israel will release soon..

As far as I know there are no israel maps for garmin. The best choice in my opinion is iGo but doesn't work on Symbian...
