Does anyone here do amateur and/or competitive bodybuilding here? :D.
I started taking fitness and nutrition seriously since January of this year. Everyday, I would study bodybuilding, exercising, and nutrition articles in order to improve my performance or health. So, I', about 6-8 months in and I'm loving it. Awesome strength/mass gains with a drop in body fat percentage. I was just wondering if anyone else did this as well.
I'll post my training regime, diet, anything else if requested ;).
