I am not sure whether is this a trick... It works on N95,but don't think N73,N80 users can.
1) Open the shutter,wait until the camera app opens
2) Slide the phone to the music key style
3) Slide again to the number keypad style
4) Close the slider
5) Finally,close the camera app
6) And u will get the new menu look

Sorry but nothing happened for me. And that screen shot looks the same. I think you are talking about when the theme changes when you switch to "multimedia mode". And probabaly the phone hasn't had time to switch back to your default theme.

because must be ON "Lock my phone after when i slide back" function.
btw pres *#0000# or *#06# than slide phone back it will lock phone with info on screen. :]
