N70, N90 and Series60 3rd edition phones will immediately close the running application if you press the red hang up key. This means you are always a keypress away from accidentally losing important work or progress in your favorite games. On other Series60 phones, the red hang up key is still annoying since it backgrounds the running application. NoRedClose is an essential application for Symbian mobiles that will disable that dangerous functionality. While the red button will be disabled when you are not making or receiving phone calls, you will still be able to use it for hanging up and rejecting calls.

Great man, my games will not exit again during the play. Reps. up.

Actually, what the red button does is hide the app into the background. Then to reveal the app again, hold the menu button and then reselect your app.

But not with N72, N70, N90 phones mate. It'll simply exit by pressing the red button not running in background. Thats why is stated clearly for those phones only. :)

Yup very simple for very useful...thanks mate...does a smiliar application exist for the right soft key when text messaging??? i often accidently close the sms when i accidently push that key...so annoying...

I've installed it but it ain't working. Tried the settings given and during palying games, I press the red key, game stop n return to idle screen. That's why I said not working.

All you have to do is enter the app. Then you'll see The red button is disabled in apps but will hangup calls right? Let it run on background don't exit then play your games. :) No problem on my phone.
