It's a very simple process, tested on my iPhone 1.0.2.


Use iBrickr to install Mobile Terminal to your iPhone
Use ibrickr to upload the file ICE03.14.08_G.eep & bbupdater to the /usr/bin/ directory of the iPhone no need for the ICE03.14.08_G.fls.
Run the terminal application and type the following:

cd /usr/bin/
launchctl unload /System/Library/LaunchDaemons/com.apple.CommCenter.plist
bbupdater -e ICE03.14.08_G.eep
launchctl load -w /System/Library/LaunchDaemons/com.apple.CommCenter.plist

RESTART your iPhone and ur problem will be fixed. Enjoy incoming SMS and outgoing call without any problems.

NO NEED TO UNLOCK UR PHONE AGAIN. :-)
