1.1.1 firmware unloackable until now. but u can downgrade to 1.0.2 and then unlock.

Wouldn't recommend downgrading though as the baseband firmware cant be downgraded yet - which means you'll basically end up with an iPod Touch.

The phone cannot be de-activated, and unlocked as yet. Be patient I'm in touch with the Dev Team and the hope is very bright.
