* Fixed a bug on non-phone devices where the network button wouldn't update.
* Added an icon to the WAProc.exe file so that all of the shortcuts would have an icon.
* Fixed a bug where control panel applets wouldn't run reliably.
* Fixed a bug where the browse dialogs wouldn't remember the last path.
* To fix registration issues, a "+" button has been added next to the user name. This will replace the name with a numeric code, which can then be sent into Lakeridge Software support for the creation of a working license code.
* Added French, German, Dutch, Greek, Portuguese, Russian and Spanish translations.
* Fixed a bug in the minimization routines.
* Made an adjustment to fix the disappearing start menu issue.
* Fixed the installer to correctly handle languages.

The thread you are mentioning is only for wm6. FAGANAS has wm5 as well....
I have also installed and tested successfully the wm5 version.

Hey guys, I have Win2003SE Greek Version and the menus don't appear as they should. Why ?

Whats new:
Updated some elements in a few languages.
Added the ability to turn ClearType on or off.
Added the ability to override a theme's fonts.
The default theme now scales properly when switching between VGA and TrueVGA modes.
Fixed a bug where the "selection" image for the current process would not reset to the default image if the theme didn't supply an image.
If a "wisbar_install.txt" file is deployed alongside the CAB file, the installer will skip the installation dialogs. The "wisbar_install.txt" file should contain the name of the language desired. This option is designed for those who would like to include WisBar in custom ROMs.
The process list in the memory information screen now sorts processes based on their memory usage, with the largest processes on top.
Made a correction to the French translation.
Made a change to the hardware Windows key such that it handles the builtin start menu properly.
Made a change so that the skinned wait cursor shouldn't interfere with the cascading start menu.
Fixed a translation error in the German translation.
Added an option to the softkey customizations to use the default action for the specified softkey.
Added the ability to hide the close/ok button on an application-specific basis.
