yes, badly cracked, because there is 7-days trial, and after it, you cannot connect to skype.
And I had tried to uninstal this 2.17v and return to 2.15, but now i can't connect either, because it says, that "demonstration term expired" how can i completely uninstall skype, because it remembers settings that were in previous version.
