You can be a Developer... Yes, any one amongst you. I'm not jokin...(even if)
1. If you (like me) don't have a PC,
2. Don't know the Python language, (not even having a knowledge of the Py Alphabets.!!!)
You can juz do it all using your symbian mobile phone... Without bothering about having a PC.
But, you need some initial applications to start up. And must go through this entire thread here to have some basic knowledge about Python Libraries. But, remember, its not mandated to know the Py language.

(assuming your handset is a basic symbian s60 device as 6600)
Step: 1.
Download and Install sisboom standalone from this thread...
Step: 2.
Download and install the Python Script shell standalone.
Step:3.*
Install latest python appropriate to your device.
Step:4.*
Install latest python module file. Its posted here.
Step: 5.*
Download All Python Scripts and install the .sis files.
Step: 6.*
Download and install the Python app.
(not yet a standalone),of which you desire to create the standalone.
(step 3,4,5 and 6 are required transiently. You can remove them once the job is done)
That's all regarding the prerequisites.
Now lets move to the Procedures...
Step: 1.
Open The Python Script Shell.
Step: 2.
Now go to option> launch Python scripts> scroll to Py2sis or my/py2sis.> select...
The py2sis script will be launched. Its the script for standalone programming.
Step: 3
Now select the desired program you want to create a standalone.
Step: 4.
Select yes> confirm.
A processing tabulation will appear. Wait until it says: "ok".
Step: 5.
Exit the script shell.
Step: 6.
Launch sisboom. (suppose, xxxxx is the name of the app you want to create a standalone.) open the original xxxxx.sis file (not yet a standalone) using the unpacking option.
Step: 7.
A new folder named, xxxxx.Sis.Sis_unpack will be created from this.
Step: 8.
And then locate the xxxxx.Sis.Sis_unpack folder to any directory as
E:/xxxxx.Sis.Sis_unpack
this is the simplest directory possible.
Step: 9.
Open x-plore. (suppose, xxxxx is the name of the app you want to create a standalone.)
Go to E:/system/apps/xxxxx
Step: 10.
Cut the entire folder and paste it to the directory:
E:/xxxxx.sis_sis_unpack/!/system/apps/....
(check out, that the xxxxx.app file attains a directory like...
E:/xxxxx.sis_sis_unpack/!/system/apps/xxxxx/xxxxx.app
Step: 11.
Now, the main job has already been done. The next part is sis file packaging. You may change the application icon/ caption name suitably at this stage too.
Method>1. Using sisboom right on your mobile...
Method>2. Using makesir on your computer...
Step: 12.
Standalone sis file is now ready.
Take out the file. Rename suitably. Zip/rar it up. Post on ipmart.
thats all.
Caution...
But, even after all these, the standalone may not work properly. You need to be an expert or need my help then.
I presented this to you in the easiest possible way. It may not be that easy practically. And you may have some minor mistake, spoiling you entire efforts.
But, best of luck, and best of work. You'll do it yourself. But, don't forget to share it here.
But, when i started creating all these, the things were not so easy. We didn't have readymade standalone apps, based on which we could create new ones. And more over, running py2sis on mobile was nothing less than a miracle. It was more difficult than today...
