Dragon apparently there is a bug inside and I cannot access one of the ports. Should I reinstall?

I don't get what you mean the game play fine till in the middle one of the shipping ports/place (Sahara) cannot be accessed.

I guess that is why it is only beta and not full yet they are still working out the bugs.
