I'm really sorry but I've not been able to test this game myself since it doesn't run on my HTC S710. It should work fine on the K800i :)

"Gauntlet is, has and always will remain to be the easiest four – player game to pick up between friends. With the added Bluetooth capabilities of modern day mobile phones, you’d think the developers will have thought of adding multiplayer capability to this port. Still though this is an excellent action – adventure game, which after the initial shock of the lack of multiplayer has passed, will soon draw you in with its simple and addicting gameplay.
The graphics of Gauntlet mobile is a good attempt at capturing the imagery of the original. The player character is easy to distinguish, and the colors don’t suffer too much from an overload of miscellaneous shades, the colors are fine just the way they are. In fact, one can almost imagine seeing the original Gauntlet graphics albeit in a smaller medium than usual. The groups of enemy monsters are easy to tell apart, and won’t confuse you as to what sort of fiends you’re fighting. The intro music is pretty good for something that comes out of a dinky mobile speaker that we take for granted. If you’re already familiar with Gauntlet, you find yourself sighing with nostalgia as you hear the tunes.
Gameplay wise, it plays almost like the original, except for the fact that you’re going about clearing the dungeon all by your lonesome, it feels and plays exactly the same. The usual suspects of player personas are available: the warrior, the valkyrie, the wizard and the elf. To the uninitiated, all four have their own pros and cons, such as damage absorption, magic power, speed, and etc. If you’re already familiar with Gauntlet, you can skip the rest of the review and take my word for it that this is a pretty good game that deserves a place in the limited memory of your mobile phone.
This mobile port of Gauntlet does not make any pretensions whatsoever. This is a pure action dungeon crawler and not a pseudo “RPG”. Everything about the game concerns the thrills of wading through hordes of evil creatures and without remorse giving these baddies the kiss of death. There is really one rule in Gauntlet: “if it moves, kill it” and this is where the game excels. The action is fast and constant, the tension of being overwhelmed is constantly there and nothing but some quick thinking and extremely coordinated reactions will keep your player character from succumbing to the endless attacks.
Gauntlet is the best type of action game: fast, exciting and extremely addictive. In other words, this is one hot game! Don’t let the lack of multiplayer turn you off from giving this game a whirl. This is an excellent action game which will help you pass the time and forget about reality for a few minutes! Who wouldn’t want this game? Who knows, maybe if enough people buy this game, Digital Bridges might decide to release a multiplayer version. Now that would be one fine idea, wouldn’t you say?." - Midlet Review.
