Reel Deal Slots Ghost Town (ISO)

Well, I have a veritable plethora of casino games on my PC. Many of them from Phantom EFX and their line of Reel Deal casino-style games. In fact every time you load one on your computer, it shows all of the other games in the family. If you have them, they are all lit up, if you don't they appear in black and white. I am proud to say I have all 758 of them. Just kidding, but I do have six of them.

Now what makes Ghost Town different from the other slot machine games they produce? Well, nothing, and I don't mean to sound trite or mean, cause I am not, but there isn't a considerable visual difference in the appearance of this game compared to the one that came out 3 years ago. That being said, there are no slot machines that are repeated either. You see, the big draw to these "slot" games, is all the fun and wacky slot machines you can play. If you are like me, my wife and my in-laws, you like these kinds of things because you aren't really spending money. When we go to Vegas (and it has been a while) I don't like slot machines that much, but my wife loves 'em. I prefer table games, but there is something about these Reel Deal slots that I can't get enough of, and I'll tell you why.

* Gameplay: 7.5
Addictive harmless fun. You can play for a few minutes to kill some time, or devote three hours to it at midnight, it's a simple action pressing that "Spin Reels" button.
* Graphics: 7.0
Again, simple yet totally fitting. The ghost effects in the casino itself are this editions upgrade in the visual dept. Otherwise, the animated bonus games and fun themes are plenty to look at.
* Sound: 7.0
If it ain't broke, don't fix it. I'm sure it is the same recycled noises from past games, and I'm sure it doesn't make a difference.
* Difficulty: Easy
Even on real world statistics, you win a bit more then you would if you were stuffing quarters in a one armed bandit. My wife and I are already in the millions of dollars.
* Concept: 6.0
This is the third slots game I have gotten to review, it is more of the same thing, but this is a value title and you more then get your money's worth.
* Overall: 7.1
It really is an enjoyable slice of fun for those gamers who like casino style games.
