I was just wondering what your guys' opinions on this would be?

I've bought several over the years but very few have actually made me glad to own them.

I recently bought an 8gb latest third gen ipod nano, its not the best value for money, as you can get mp3 players with a larger memory for the same price. But so far I've been very impressed with the quality of the product, the design of the 3rd gen nano is excellent, it looks beautiful, the menu is very easy to use and it has a very good battery life. But this is just my opinion, it really depends on what you want in an mp3 player as there are so many types, maybe if you can be more specific.

Ipod in my opinion, good looking piece of gadget and never goes out of style.

I would recomend any of the Sony MP3 players. I found it easier to use than the Ipods interface, and it loads a heck of a lot faster than the Ipods. Plus, its half the price for the same ammount of memory!
