here's the same file/version i just created a new icon so that it will be the proper size for the 240x320 phones menu screen, instead of the tiny icon that installs onto the phone

I have found a way to change easily the tiny icon for our OperaMini:
With a graphic editor, you create a image file i.png (256x256 pixel).
Open the *.jar of OperaMini with WinRar (without unrar), and put the file i.png just created over the original.
Close WinRar and reinstall the file *.jar on the phone...Enjoy! :yawinkle:

By example I put my icon here (extracted from opera.exe of the PC).

:alasno: I don't think so... 1) You put only your icon
2) That is an old version of OperaMini
I give you a way to change the icon you like whenever. 8-)
