I think this one is better because quick office is updated on yr default mobile application and you can't remove it. this is one you can install it on mem.card . also quick office eats up yr ram and yr mobile slows down a bit

Loaded on my N95 and it is working.
As I have this and quick office on the phone, when I acces my quick ofice to open the docs, it uses the the Mobisuite. Of course it allows editor mode. Must be because of the extension file association that the installation had caused the overriding.

Just wonder what happen to the quick office application though. May be I should uninstall it to save space though I kinda like the interfaces of quick office

For better performance you need to install on the phone memory, just in case if you have remove the memory it might cause the application crash.

Wow, great editing options. Change font, font size, colour, allignment, bullets/numbering, insert pictures, hyperlinks, spell checking, word count. Impressive.
Only problem is that it wouldn't open on doc i had, which i could open in Quick Office.

How does this compare to Quick Office 4.5, anybody know?

I think QuickOffice is better, since it can edit/create ppt files :) ... Though when its free who cares...

Try restarting your phone, then use Handy Taskman to kill a load of processors, then try loading...

Install on N82 (memory card) work well no error. Found out the original quickoffice are disable once you install officesuite. If you manually open on quickoffice the interface will be officesuite. You may check on the "About" on which application are open.

but I have a littel problem...when I edit any excel-file in OfficeSuite on my phone, and then save it, afterwards it won't re-open my saved file! It says it failed to open because the file is corrupted.

So the app itself isn't corrupt...but any saved files are!

Anyone have a workaround for this. or experienced the same thing?


I need this, because I have a morningpaper delivery round that constantly changes, and I want to keep the changes to the round right in my phone. It's not much use making changes, saving and then being unable to view your edited file...

Please help, I'd be very happy if I can get this to properly work!

I went to do this, but after installing the new version 4.60 over the old 4.5 version, i wasn't prompted for the serial again. Too easy, either way.
EDIT: As mentioned above.

One thing i don't like about Office Suite, is that it has taken over the .TXT file association, and now when i send a notepad document from windows to my phone, it can only be opened with Office Suite, they can't be opened with the "Notes" application on my phone.
This is really annoying, and the only way to get the notepad doc into notes on my phone, is to open it in Office Suite and then copy the text and paste it into a new notes document.
If only there was a setting to change file associations.[Only registered and activated users can see links]

Guys just to let ya know Mobisystems officesuite v5.00 is available but the keygen won't work anymore .. therefore we have to wait for the crack or new keygen ..hopefully our members will bring it to us .. :>
