hello, i have installed NSS as per instruction on the sticky hxxp://[Only registered and activated users can see links] However i get the error when i click the SCAN button. please see the screen shot i took.

Help would be appreciated!

I forgot to add, when i connect my usb cable to my phone, it makes me choose Pc Suit, Mass Storage, etc.. which one should i choose? im using nokia n91 by the way

Use PC suite mode than try it again...

NSS does not detects your phone...
Get the latest version of NSS...

Well if you can see on the screen shot i am running the latest version.. 1.0.38.12. im running out of ideas how to make it work :(

finally got a way around it. for those people having truble same as mine, do this:

Uninstall NSS and uninstall NOKIA PC SUIT.
Remove everything that has to do with your Nokia phone on your comp (including connectivity cable drivers)
You can do this through the add/remove program in control panel.
REBOOT.

Next download and install Nokia PC Suit Cleaner
Run it, and clean.
REBOOT again. (If your computer does not support the Nokia PC Suit Cleaner, just skip this)

Next download the latest Nokia PC Suit
After installation do not connect your Nokia yet..

Next install the NSS (please refer back to the original guide for installing NSS)
After installation do not open the NSS yet..
Connect you Nokia using the supplied USB cable that came with your phone
WAIT for it to install all drivers (this will install automatically when you connect the phone for the 1st time)
When the phone asks you which connection you want, choose PC Suit.

After all this is done, run NSS.
