TEchNOph!LE 9th November 2007, 07:56 Could someone please post a TUTORIAL to FIND OUT WEATHER THE MOBILE PHONE IS SECOND HAND OR A BRAND NEW ONE ... since nowadays lots and lots of fraudulent is going on the shopkeepers sell second hand phones as new ones .. by just formatting the phone and changing its outer cover ...........
