I have downloaded all the phoenix files needed to install phoenix 2007, everything goes fine but when I try to open the phoenix 2007 and scan phone it detected my phone but when I try to look at the phone information it shows an error the my phone is not connected properly or something, need help pls. If there are instructions pls post it here. and im also unable to update my firmware because the box that pops up is unusable. is it possible to flash a dead n80 using a CA-53 cable using phoenix?

are you using phoenix_service_sw_2007_4_6_170
only can use [firmware update], other feature won't work
what error message you got when you start to flash n80
for dead phone use [no connection] at FILE >> MANAGE CONNECTIONS

actually I dont have a n80 my friends n80 was dead so he wants it fixed, and I told him this, and does anyone know where can I get the latest firmware flash files for phoenix?

no matter what flasher you use, it's same flash files N80 RM-92 v5.0719.0.2

n80 can't flash it use dead mode
