Observing the clock a bit more Taieb,i feel that it would look better if the clock was raised up slightly as it doesn't seem the the clock hands are dead center,do you understand what i mean?

Yes i understand what u mean and i was suprised when i saw the screenshots in the phone of donvito !! In my E65, the clock looks very nice (centered), not like the N95, don't know what's the problem, i'll try to post a N95 version..

I will fix the S60 touch, the Inverted fp2 & the simply black, & red ! but for the cubic collection, the project was deleted so.. Sorry !
Another thing, the clock in ur screenshot looks very small now, i will try to enlarge it a lit bit..

It'll be hard to find an substitute for your work.

Hey Taieb - sorry to hear that Cubic went away because I would have loved the Black version with clear bars on the top and bottom... Oh well! ;)

On another note, I'm loving your inverted FP2 theme! I came across two issues that you might want to have a look at though.

The first is the title bar on pop ups. It's grey instead of the great maroon/purple color in the rest of the theme:

The other one is the inactive tab text color. As you can see it's the default blue instead of the same color as the inactive tab icons:

Otherwise I love it! :)

Echoz, tell what's the color of the inactive tab in the contacts for example, because i think that this issue comes from the application that u r using (the app in the screenshot)

I've colored the inactive tab text in white, so it should be in white !! if it's not i will make it black !

So very odd Taieb! The tab graphics show up and look great, but the font is still blue! :(

Out of curiosity, are you using FP1 compatibility in Carbide.ui?

Carbide 3.2, 3rd edition FP1 and the font is in grey, and it looks OK in my Nokia E65 !

Hey Taieb! I have some feedback for you on the Teal 1.2 theme that you might find useful:


I have never used any theme other than the nokia provided themes. i broke down and tried out the Teal theme. while it looks amazing, please pass along to the developer that it is A) not viewable in sunlight regarding which item is highlighted if you are scrolling thru, say, the left softkey options menu. B) even worse, from the active standby screen, click on calander for today and then try to interprete which item is actively selected. its literally impossible, as the outer perimeter box is the same color as the background menu color. if this were changed to white it would be perfect. as of now the theme is impossible to use day to day. great attempt though!!

@Taieb I finally got around to installing your S60 Touch theme and once again - FANTASTIC! There are many things about it that I like even better than the original!

My only request - the same problem exists in this theme that is in a bunch of your themes. In landscape mode, the top and bottom bars are not present so the default graphics are used. If you could find the time to fix that it would be great!!

(Also, did you ever get a chance to fix the same issue in the bronze cubic theme? Many people are waiting for it!)

Here the 2 themes Guys. For the Bronze Cubic, I remade it from the beginning just for u echoz (it's an Exception) and the theme was restyled.

I found a small BUG in bronze cubic theme, TAIEB. Can't see the number when I set a radio station in Radio app because the font is white. see screenshot. PLEASE do fix it mate, its my favourite theme.

Hey Taieb...Love the simple brown theme. One request though...can u make use of a more conventional type of battery and signal bar. Something like the grey theme except a bit wider. As for the grey theme, good work too. But can you make a version that's grey and a different color instead of red? Maybe metallic grey or something. Something that's closer to grey. i would say all the elements of the gray theme complement each other perfectly... only enhancments i can suggest are :
1. neater, smaller and professional looking digital clock
2. smother corners on the call handling popups just like they are in the selection bar.

It would be realy GR8 if you can release a simply black version incorporating these changes while keeping every thing else the same as they are in the grey theme.

PS: what is that font in the screenshot of grey theme??

And the Most beautiful walls i've seen till now are in ur themes, What's the secret? :p

Finally, i think that i will try to make some SVG walls with illustrator, much easier than searching for them lol

Taieb can you please fix the song status bar in the media player, it is very difficult to see the status because of very low contrast..
similar problem i found when adding a entry in the calender.. in the screen shot "start time" is selected and in that "08" is selected, both of the selections are hot highlighted properly.. please check the screenshots..
it would be great if you can fix this..

Hey Tabtoub, Red Oil default icons is the best theme i have ever seen, absolutely flawless. I would have loved a smaller digital clock but who cares when you have such a beautiful analog clock. Perfection i must say.
