So what's new in PhoneWeaver 1.17?



With this new version we've solved the most frequent user-reported features that we've received on the forums since PhoneWeaver 1.16 was released a few weeks ago! There are some requested features also.

As long as there are no great new features, I recomend to read also the previous version post for 1.15 version:

What's new in PhoneWeaver 1.15?
Among the new features with the new PhoneWeaver 1.15 you will find:
* New profile configuration screen design that simplify profile definition and should help prevent user confusion and make configuration more user friendly.
* Support for two new notification events: missed calls and reminders. Additionally, extra notification control added such as repeating alarms and led flashing time controlling.
* Activate Agenda profiles based on items sensitivity.
* Popup menu mode can now be used even if PhoneWeaver is already active on the Today screen. Provids complete access to PhoneWeaver when running a different application through a hardware key regardless to whether the Today screen mode is currently active or not!
* Support for connection manager profile management and connect/disconnect cellular data connections.
* New ability to edit timer value when using PhoneWeaver Today screen plugin in Large or PocketBreeze mode, allowing to manually modify the remaining time for a manual profile triggering.

o Tray Icon or Task bar icon launch. Optional icon on the tray bar or the task bar (selectable) that launches the popup menu and shows the currently running profile icon or trigger type. Also shows the Lock state as a padlock. Ideal for alternative user interfaces like Touch Flo. Task bar icon position can be adjusted horizontally.
o Touch or classic menu selectable. You can select between a Touch enabled popup menu with all the cotrols, counters and sliding panel for profile selection or a classic popup menu with profile selection and all the controls. Both supporting one handed navigation also.
o New Touch Popup Menu with:
o Current profile. Shows the currently running profile name with a t a 3D effect..
o Profile Selection. Allows to select any other profile manually from a big icons, slidding panel or return to automatic mode.
o Profile Lock The current profile will be locked and will remain active until the padlock is opened again.
o Radio buttons/state. Up to five menu entries to show or change the WIFI, Phone radio, Bluetooth, Phone Data call and Push email state. All of them can be optionally deactivated.
o Counters. Up to four counters to show pending SMS/MMS, email, voice mail and missed calls. All of them can be optionally deactivated. Taping these counters PhW will open the adecuate screen (Messaging, Call List) or call Voice Mail. (Only Windows Mobile 5 and 6 devices)
o Config option. Option for fast access to the configuration menus.
o One handed Navigation. The complete Touch Popup menu supports also one handed navigation.
* New Today Plugin with:
o Predefined or custom modes in Today Plugin. Two predefined modes are available for use in Touch mode or with the stylus. Also a fully configurable mode can be selected. Both supporting one handed navigation also.
o Touch mode for the today plugin profiles menu allows easier touch management with large icons and touch enabled profiles menu with sliding capabilities.
* Full screen resolutions support: Added support for 320x320, 240x400 and 800x480 resolutions.
