few week's ago, i'm installing the Pcoket Music v.5 & it's ok.
but, 2 days ago, sudently on the screen appears "This illegaly licensed vercion of pocket music causes an error. The program will be closed. Please visit [Only registered and activated users can see links] to buy a legal licence". I've try to reinstall but still not solved the problem.
I try another way by uninstalling the V.5 and install the v.4.3.4 free edition.... but also still not solved the problem...
I will try again to uninstall n install with the v.5.0.1 version... hope it will okay

another problems appear on the screen..
when i start the program, a box show "Wrong Serial Number" appear...
if i click ok, still the box appear again...
how can i enter the serial number????

I uninstalled the previous version to install this version as it died saying "illegal license". After installing this, upon launching I am getting "Wrong Serial No" and the message does not close. Unable to use this version at all.

I have installed and failed, I try to restore a previous builtin version (4.4.1) but failed too, I get white screen when run it and my pda hank. After soft-reset I try to clean registry and try run it again but same error happen. These all make me frustation and force me to do hard-reset.
Is this bugy version ? Why so difficultly to install it ?

i've entered it with the serial you gave us, it still comes up with "wrong serial number"...and for the about screen, even if you have not register it, it still shows up that way...

yup, till now i've try so many method... but there all stuck....
still "Wrong Serial Number".....

also, how can i enter the serial number, meanwhile when i start the program it's always shown box "Wrong Serial Number"...???
it cant be minimized or closed........ must to END TASK to close the box also the program....

this is what i do..
1. replace exe file with the one i post in attachment
2. delete the previous exe file (it is not being replace automaticly)

4. in about (your device's about) divice name change to : Starlx
5. the use the keygen SuYoG profided...

and walah...."thank you for registering"

since i just installed the program, lets wait till 8 days to be sure...:drinkers:

After uninstall you hate to use a Registry Editor App, open Registry go to HKLM/Software/PocketMind and delete PocketMind folder, soft reset PPC and reinstall, register normaly.

I installed pocket music (v5.0) on O2 mini. Now wanted to update v5.01, I follow try4deepak's instruction as
1. uninstall old version
2. delete HKLM/Software/PocketMind and delete PocketMind folder
3. soft reset
4. install version 5.01.
Unfortunately, I get old version v5.00, help me where I miss.

Do it like this:

I installed pocket music (v5.01) on O2 mini. Follow try4deepak's instruction asabove
2. delete HKLM/Software/PocketMind and delete PocketMind folder
3. soft reset
4. Check now the install version:weedman::weedman:

If you still got trouble, Please try these method..

In my iPaq rw6828, there is PocketMusic Bundle v4.4.1 buildin, but I can't uninstalled it because it doesn't exist in "Remove Program"-setting list. How to uninstall this old before install new version v5.0.1 ?

I am using HTC Touch I have registered the Pocket music bundle V5.0.1 after 2 songs it was again asking for registration of AAC Plugins please help me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Trifelon... Do the same as posted (e.g. delete registry files) and go into ***\Program Files\PocketMind or PocketMusic - not too sure which one it is and delete that... Or install the same version and remove it - Just in case it leaves any components in another folder...

I found file pocketmusic.exe in windows directory, I don't found in \Program Files\PocketMind or PocketMusic. I can not delete it because it exist in ROM with attribute readonly, and attribute can not change too.
What should I do ?

I'm using a tytnII, HTC P4550 that is an installed v5.0.1, everything ok but I'm expreriensing a volume limiting issue. I mean when a song is playing and the volume is cranked up after some seconds the volume is coming down till it reaches a certain low volume. The volume sliders don't change but when I moved a bit even a bit lower, the volume is going high again, till it goes down in some seconds. That's happening both using plugged earphones or stereo bluetooth.
Anyone else experienced the same issue?
I love that program, the audio quality is perfect, so if you think is a matter of the copy I'll purchase it same moment..

Then download Resco File Explorer and go into \Windows\Start Menu\ *This is the directory of the Start Menu* and look in there to find PocketMusic... if not then look in \Windows\Start Menu\Programs and find PocketMusic in there... When you find it, tap and hold and select properties. Somewhere it will tell you the shortcut information - including where the exe is stored... Once you get that and locate the exe, tap and hold and change the attributes - Though you shouldn't really have to worry since it will overwrite the original anyway...
