- registry tweak for bluetooth handsfree as carkit/headset

TweakBT,WORD,
0 - handsfree is headset, 1 - handsfree is carkit (default)
- registry tweak to open a custom mailbox by default
HKCU/Software/Spb Software House/Spb Phone Suite/ProfileToday/
DefaultMailbox: string
Sample: SMS, ActiveSync (which is common mailbox)
This value is case sensitive
- fixed navigation within smart today (p+, diary)
- bugfix for icons on smart today
