Spirits was eventually released for the N-Gage yet we never saw a dump of the game. Anyone have any info or a fix for Civilization N-Gage on US devices?

I said a FIX for the Civilization dumped by BinPDA which didn't work on ANY US N-Gage QD units. I have the game but it does not play on two of my American N-Gage QD devices. And I shouldn't have to upgrade my firmware when the game works fine on my older Classic N-Gage that I gave to my friend. I don't think it has anything to do with the firmware...
