What was the latest software you installed on PC...:?:
Maybe it not got installed properly...

Try booting your PC in safe mode and search for the file. Like tp12 said it might be due to a currupted file from a program you just unstalled. If that is the case then just reinstall the program IN SAFE MODE.

Usually i will reinstall the software and see how it runs.....if reinstall the software does not help....i will uninstall it and reinstall again.....most of the times....this will help solve your problems....

that doesn't sound like a system application, if it has damaged the system, then you will need to use Recovery from the boot cd or even reinstall the OS

I think this caused by any image viewer app. try go to msconfig and startup. then disable any image viewer software. and see does this error pop up again.
