First you must have Theme Studio .

Get it here --> Theme Studio ([Only registered and activated users can see links])

You may also need Adobe Photoshop to resize your pictures

Sorry to disturb you, but if its just converting/resizing images you dont really need Photoshop to do it with (why wait 30 minutes to do it lol), you can just use a simple converter...

Dont know if you want to add it to your list, though i love Right Click Image Converter HERE ([Only registered and activated users can see links]) for it

No bro,you are mistaken..
If you need high quality pic to make a nice theme,den Photoshop is yhe only option as it can give you any type of image you need..
And ni one will delete your post man..
