How does a member get banned? Is it just the username he uses or his computer gets banned as well (I mean, every computer has an IP ad I think)?

The user name is banned..! But if he keeps coming back and gives more trouble to the forum, he can get an IP ban..

As much as we wanted, we don't ban users by IP address but if the user becomes too annoying already to handle, then we have no recourse but to do what's necessary. This is a strong message to users who has ill intentions of creating nasty things inside the forums ...
