can anyone pls teach mi.
i want burn a VCD but i try a lot times , i still donno what problem is it .
is very blur when i watch on my TV but i at my computer watch is fine .

It's about the resolution / settings used when you burn it...

brother use SVCD, DVD or even Divx, but VCD is very low quality
