@bonda,i want to draw your attention to the matter that::Do you want to be fatty?or to gain weight??Probably you opted for the second one.....means you want to be well-built and of average or high weight.....

now coming to your solution:
Read the following carefully:
1]Eating much is not only the solution itself....Medical science doesn't encourage voracious eating to obtain weight high up...
2]Emphasize and select nutritious foods as your diet....If necessary then you may consult with a nutritionist...
(Some diet which should include in your diet chart are:
Morning>pea,nuts,fruit juice,bread,milk,onion,egg{optional and selective}
Lunch>Rice,Fish(100gm)or meat with soup...vegetables..curd....
Afternoon>Milk(250-500 ml),maze,toasts,or noodles..
Dinner>Rice or bread(Roti,chapati)....vegetables...and low calorie diets...
*Much and sufficient intake of water(3_4 ltr)
*Don't consume alcohol... ...if possible.
*Don't smoke cigarette....if possible.
3]Confirm that you've not any Metabolic disorder related to any enzyme....and Liver function.
4]Confirm that you've not any diseased condition....
5]Don't use steroids for weight gain....because unnecessary intake of steroids may endanger your life span and suppress your long term immunity...
6]You've not mentioned your height yet....Please mention it.
7]scavenge away your mental stress.
8]Finaly My suggestion is just consult with a Doctor nearby....He may solve your problem by thoroughly checking your health status and necessity....
wish you a good health...

man, i was like you before. the thing that helped me gain weight really fast is by going to the gym and applying for the lessons of bodybuilding. why?
because in bodybuilding, your body will be exercise to grow. the more you grow, the more you'll sustain you food intake to meet your body's needs. and eat some more meat for proteins.:ilove:

Like the other guys said, increase your intake of proteins, eat red meat, fish etc, start going to the gym and try some supplements if you can, this will help you build muscle and you will feel better. You seriously don't want to be fat intentionally, thats the craziest thing I've heard, Homer Simpson tried that, and you could have serious health problems in future!

..Pal..

Gaining or losing wt depends on
1. ur daily caloric intake
2. ur daily activity i.e lifestyle (sedentary/ moderate work/ heavy work)
3. ur metabolism (ppl can be fast/ slow metabolizers)
4. presence of certain medical disorders (Irritable Bowel Syndrome / Hyperthyroidism/ Intestinal infestation with worms etc.) which need to be evaluated. :exactly:
5. other chronic illnesses/ certain chronic medications
6. chronic consumption of alcohol/ cigrette smoking/ drug addictions

and many others..

Some Kind Of Advice Mate, Try This Because I've Been Thin Before And Become Fat For 2months Time, Eat Lots Of Calories( Rice ) Have More Than 8 Hrs. Of Sleep, Decrease Activities That Makes You Sweat A Lot And Makes You Very Tired, Eat Atleast 6times/day, Including Breakfast>snacks>lunch>snacks>dinner>snacks>> Every Meal Must Be With Heavy Caloric Content. But See To It You Have Some Exercise Everyday Like Walking For Atleast 15mins. And Regularly Monitoring Your Weight, Sudden Weight Increase May Have Immeadiate Complications On Your Body (i.e Heart Problems ) (hypertension).

its not about eating eating and eating...it goes like this man....

1. exercise, go to gym...if you would exercise and even eat a normal meal, it would be absorbed completely as your body needs energy...

2. STOP EATING JUNK FOOD..ITS ONLY MAKES THE BELLY GROW BIGGER

3. try to eat healthy...but remember to eat more fat and proteins...

4. it helped me...so it ought to help you....

5. IF IT DOESNT HELP, THEN YOU HAVE A HIGH METABOLISM...THAT MEANS YOU WOULD NOT GROW FAT........BUT THAT ALSO MEANS THAT YOU WOULD STAY HEALTHY THROUGHOUT YOUR LIFE...ENJOY....

Well, if you're 155 with 45 kg of weight. surely, it's not thin. :P

Eat anything with Carbohydrate, like potatoes or something. I also don't like rice but I still eat it anyway.
