bro, english please ..
hmm so nokia 6120 is s60 3rd edition ?
if so, maybe you had a mistake with putting the font ..
or if you are really sure that u had did it correctly, go ask other font maker . like ece or biecp .

maybe 6120 still use the gdr font .. (MAYBE)

just rename the 'fonts' folder into something else, like 'fontsx' or you can just backup to your pc and delete the fonts folder .

but you must do it from pc. if you want to change it in a hurry, you can turn off your phone, take the mmc, turn on the phone again, and put the mmc after the phone in standby so it doesn't reload the font anymore .

anyone know how to change the size of the font ? so the display font could be bigger ..

If you haven't already, update to newer version of FontRouter ([Only registered and activated users can see links]) (build 9/11/2007)

In this version, *.ini file, and fonts file are (optionally) located in E:\data\fonts so you can access them with PC Suite.

And this version FontRouter.ini has couple more lines:

; Global zoom ratio (by percentage) and range of font size to apply zooming to.
ZoomRatio=100
ZoomMinSize=0
ZoomMaxSize=48

where you can edit font zoom. Just put ZoomRatio over 100 (depending on font you are using).

Good luck

it is write protected as you said
slide the white plastic up at the side of your MiniSD
