hi mates...i have a big problem with my notebook samsung r60.i have Windows Vista Home Premium that comes with machine.I always have a problem with blue screen error,it is anoying,i reinstalled whole system a few times, but it is always the same.Blue screen often sais IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL.Don't know, where the problem can be...i done all RAM tests and it works ok.When i go to log event after the blue screen error,it is wrote that there is no componets that makes this problem,it is just shot down but there is no description...in this moment installed programs are world of warcraft(that i couldn't installed, always blue screen in start of installation so i copied whole game from the home pc and now can play),than yahoo messenger for vista, some vista codecs pack,wrar-and that's all...waiting to download beta sp1 for vista but don't think that this will resolov a problem..someone know where is the problem?i desperately need help..

when did this start? vista comes with an improved system restore so you might be able to solve the issue quite easily

Well if theres a error in the installation that really means there's a compatibility issue. and since u just try to copy it directly from pc to laptop there will be a error there because the software did not properly been register to the pc.

So i think it would be best u get a game compatible with ur windows vista
But just incase u have a game compatible with vista but theres still a blue screen it might be a hardware problem...... T_T

Notebooks or laptops are not designed for games and it is very limited compare to desktops.

The games may not be compatible with your video card thats why it encounters error with it.

hi,
is the vista version u use in Ultimate?
i got the same blue screen error in my laptop after installing vista with the crack of timer stop.
i tried a lot n found out that the error was due to the corrupted timer file in the os due to the activation method of timer stop.
then i reinstalled the OS and used the OEM activation crack for permanent activation.
now its almost three months after the installation and there s no error with blue screen and also iam able to install microsoft updates too without problem.

P:S My laptop is Compaq and running Vista Ultimate edition

yes the blue screen problem is of hardware problem ,
when sometimes hardware stop working or RAM start dumping some memory because it goes full,in this process due to dumping of memory some times error occur
its a problem of RAM +Motherboard
how fast it allocate the memory on ram and communicate with the BIOS

no not it always but 99.9% are the problem of hardware interaction with Operating System
and This is Truly Know that between Hardware and operating System BIOS is working as interface Layer so Its something wrong with hardware so that interacting will affected so due to this that blue screen occurs -------------that screen also knows as DEAD Screen

Dude, thats the BLUE SCREEN OF DEATH!.. I rather suggest that you backup all your files by saving it in an bootable thumbdrive. There is no way your pc can recover from it. it is Windows scripting error coupled up compatibility issue, It could also be that your hardware are not 64bit compatible just the hardware. I hope you are able to see some other solution.

i have installed windows xp coz i found all drivers i need, thanks god..i can say, that for a first five day i didn't had any blue screens, but today i had first one..there is not wrote, where is a problem, only to restart computer and at the end of the message was written dump crash or something like that, than 000(ooo) something similar to it...if it comes back, could it mean that i have a problem with some bad hardwear?
