I use pentium 3 window xp.I was burnin a cd b4 d power got interrupted.But wen i restarted d memory taken in d burning process was not replaced so i tried disc clean up b4 my com. Wrote a problem av been detected and av 2 shut down 4 safety. On restarting it wrote "Windows cld not start because of an error in the software.
Please report this problem as:
load needed dlls for kernel.
Please contact your support person to report this problem" pls help me solve dis problem.

first of all i think Pentium 3 isn't adequate for XP, second you must try repair your XP copy with the CD or reinstall it. I recommend keep ME or 2000 or even 98 as your OS.

You need to reinstall Windows. I suggest that you format your hard disk (if you dont have anything to backup). Because if you dont format, It will create a folder of windows.old on drive C which might be confusing to you but still it will work.

Still, its ok if you dont want to reformat. The choice is yours.
