Hello everyone.
I installed internet explorer 7.0 in my Win XP sp2.
The problem is the homepage doesn' t changes.
Every time I open IE 7 it loads this page " [Only registered and activated users can see links]"
I tried different ways but no result.

Please help me!!!:repost:

open IE.....
go to tools....internet options......
there click on "use blank"......apply......ok.......
give feedbacks........

Try Control Panel > Internet Options and there should be a option there, that or go to the web page and set it as a homepage

I want to set a blank page as my home page.
I tried with the internet option to change,it sets the blank page as the homepage.
but when I open internet explorer it opens the microsoft website.

You might be infected with a worm/trojan/virus.... Update your AV then scan your system.

Or...you might be using an antivirus/firewall with privacy set to highest level (like cokies disabled in Zone Alarm Security Suite). Try to adjust your browsers security settings that it could use cokies to personalize homepage..

let it open in his default homepage ( microsoft ..) and take some setup, after finishing the setup (publishing, tour etc ) close and open again browser.
take only 1 homepage, don't add.
