MP3 Ringtone Maker is a powerful audio cutter and super ringtone maker. It can cut mp3 segment from most audio files such as MP3, WMA and WAV. What you need to do is play the song you want to cut, then mark the start time and the end time. You can also play the selected song before you save it. .

Input format supported: MP3, WMA, WAV
Output format supported: MP3, AMR
How to convert MP3 to ringtone:
Step 1. Open the MP3 file which you want to convert by clicking "open" button;

Step 2. Play the MP3 file, then mark the start and the end time;

Step 3. Play the selected segment and do some adaptation;

Step 4. Click "Save" button to output your ringtone.
