GenialSiS is a new software for Windows, created for an easy and fast certification of you Symbian 3rd series applications

Quick Tutorial:
Step 1 and Step 2 must be done once. The certificate is valid for three years. During these years, simply select the profile in the 3rd tab to certify a SIS/SISX File.

-1. Create Certificate:


-Enter your IMEI and click Generate


-2. Symbian Signed Certificate


-Select a profile (in this list will be shown only the profiles that don’t have a certificate yet. At the end of the process, the list will be empty, and the profile will be transferred to tab 3)


-Create an account at Symbian Signed (if you do not already have one)


-Enter your username (eMail) and your password, select the name of the profile create in the first step, then click Upload.


-The status bar in the bottom of the application will change whilst uploading your request; wait until a pop up box is displayed. During this process you MUST keep GenialSiS window active and in foreground. This will bring up the security module (Just enter the letters and digits that are displayed and continue).


-You will be addressed with a download prompt for your newly created certificate! A browser will appear - Find the GenialSiS folder and select your current profile folder (GenialSiS/profiles/ProfileName)

-Sign SIS:


-Select a profile (in this list will be shown only the profiles that have CER and KEY file in their folder)


-Select SIS or SISX file you would to sign by clicking on “Open”


-Select the name of the profile you would use to certificate them.


-Click on “Sign”

title says v1.1, but screenshot says v1.0..what gives??owh..and BTW, the app provided is v1.0..:angry2:

@sham79: reuploaded from developer site and STRANGE: the manifest told that is also ver 1.0, not latest v1.1 (like stated on that site)...
As i didn't installed, more oppinions needed.

It really does im using this soft for a couple of days now and its simply GENIAL :D

It doesn't generate certs.. Only .csr files.. For .cer you have to have a symbiansigned account. Nothing new.

Guys, i need help. I downloaded application. 1st it didnt run, then i figure out that i have to update the .Net frame. it was 63MB and i updated it. and now the application runs but i had problem registering it. they dont accept public mailing service. so i registered it with personal domain. now this damn thing is stuck on CAPTCHA inserted. Please wait... and the timer keeps on going and going. nothing happends.
What should i do?:confused::confused:
