Sometimes typing something is faster than point and click, if you think so then AppQLaunch is for you. It really helps you in launching applications quickly.
Although this kind of functionality is already built into Jbak Taskman & Handy Taskman but I still hope this tiny utility will be useful for someone.

After installing you can assign it to any system configurable key like Right SoftKey
(Menu->Control Panel->Settings->Phone-Standby Mode->Right selection key->AppQLaunch)
or launch it through a shortcut using shortcut apps like Nstarter, etc.
