Another good application is call Fring and located at [Only registered and activated users can see links] it allows you to be signed in to SKYPE, MSN, Google Talk, SIP, Yahoo and others.

Which is thw difference between this app and fring ?
And then if I call another skype user with this app do I pay ( I already have a flat rate for dataplan )

every iskoot call run thru usa gov servers from nsa.

use fring and you are fine.
