I... pirateTENG have been searching the real chinese specialty around here in china for the past 4 years. i have collected some interesting photos of the food we ate and i ate alone (for some reasons). now i'm sharing it to you...

we knew that "hotpot" or chaffing dish is famous in china, but what you didn't know is that "dog" is also part of that...out of my curiuosity i also tasted that hotpot. and when doing that they use this one: a simple mixture that you add in boiling water in which you can buy easily in supermarkets.

this time let's try street food..but with a twist. try eating scorpions, centipede, milipede and other sort of bugs. i even tried the big black scorpion which cost 20RMB that's around 3USD. they deep-fried it for a minute and PRESTO! scorpion on a stick!

Right now you can be on your way to create the fine dining experience that you enjoy and your family deserves. While you save time and enjoy quality meals at home, think of the money you will save. Just prepare these meals once a week, and you could save well over $180 a month at a minimum
