Sir i hv instal vista and now want to upload xp again how can i instal step by step

Then u must use clean install with format..just boot from cd...n install ur windows u want ;)

You need a bootable XP Installer.

Ensure that option on CMOS first boot must be CDROM or press the corresponding key upon switching on your PC.

When it boots on CD, choose format or if not present delete the partition then format. Then follow the steps given to install XP.

First insert Windows bootable cd than select NEW installation ,
in this section choose the partition drive where u want to install windows xp/professional
choose the partition where the vista prev. installed than windows ask u to format than click yes to format it this help you to come out vista
