NOTE: If you managed to start this software in Trial Mode, you won't see any "Device ID" in your Settings -> About page.
You will find a kind of "Software Unit ID" instead and you CANNOT GENERATE an unlock code for it!!!
If this is your case, close down GMPC, then go to C:\Documents and Settings\<USERNAME>\Application Data\Garmin\GarminMobilePC
and delete its content. The proceed from Step 2.

you have to unlock all maps so as to use the 6in1 img file.it doesnt mean that maps included that dont need unlock will work without generating unlock code for the whole map.

i have the same problem it does not unlock the maps. In the About page it does not the code of the product (i had it written from before) thus it was a trial version?

But i don't understand why i should go in c drive to delete the folder? What does the PC folder have to do with the mobile?

I thought the map was working today that i went out of town, and unfortunately i couldn't get the direction i wanted... :suicide:

I have Garmin XT version 5 in my Mio C320b and the maps Auto drive, Anavasi and Blue chart 2008. Though I can see on the map the (issoipssis kampiles) of Anavasis map I can't see the number with the height. I can see it only when I click on the line. Anybody know any settings so I can always see the numbers on the map without clicking.

i had an older keygen (v.1.1, thanks for the newer) but again couldn't done it. i know the process, but can't understand how one image with 3 maps (2 with ID's and one unlocked) to have one *.unl ! i write the codes in a notepad with space or enter between them? don't know what else to think..

You can install them very easy with Poiloder . Just install poiloder , connect your phone with pc in transfer mode , run the application , choose the file with the POI and ready .



I have downloaded the file of jeronimo.

However this should be put in the folder Garmin/POI? Because it has many small files, and various types of files.
Can someone please help me on this? Shall i just create a new folder in there and export everything there?

My stupid. I didn't change the settings to the "built in" (ενσωματομένο) GPS from the "bluetooth one".

I have installed GMpcXT at HTC 7500.I unlocked the software (sw.unl file) but only with keygen 1.3...Keygen1.5 doesnot work.I tried to unlock Autodrive and bluechart but I can not.I tried both keygenes 1.3 and 1.5 but it cannt be done.I also put anavasis map (as it doesnt need to be unlocked) and it works ok...

You propably use the map of anavasis, which is very slow . go to mapsource and uncheck the anavasis map , check only the autodrive

look again at what you said Country, City, Streetname and housenumber - pling OK this is the REVERSE ORDER of how you would write it

now if you wrote this Country, City, HOUSENUMBER and Streetname in reverse look what happens strret name housenumber city country see its WRONG
Basicly you input garmin in reverse as it needs that order to work out wher you want

like it gets you to the town then street and last of all asks you for house number as any person would

I was sure I had read in a Forum the N95 was a 2 and the N96 was a 3

I only use garmin equipment and Not mobile phones as sat nav so I AM not expert on phones
I use The GPsmap 76csx Colarad0 400 and oregon 400t

I have a problem with the latests versions of Garmin Mobile XT. Although I install speedcams through poi loader, I get no warnings during routing. Speedcams are installed correctly as I can set each one as a destination. Does any of you have the same problem? Do you have any idea of what is going wrong? My phone is N95 8gb.

You have to make UNL file, do not try to unlock it with keygen, it won't work this way.

A smart guy has reported my links as illegal to rapidshare , and probaly will delete most of them . i would try to upload them again , please be a little patient.

Is there a Mapsource version of AD 170 please
I have UK and Toppo K on my device I cant put the img file in without loosing the UK

If I remember corect even ADH 1.20 had a problem with MapSource (search function did not work). It's same with ADH 1.70 unfortunately.
To have search function enabled you should use the proper/original img file.
Someone please correct me if I'm wrong.

Seems that ADH 1.70 is much smaller (51MB ) that ADH 1.60 (66MB). Why that? It is more incomplete or what?

I managed to insert two maps: Greece v 1.70 (Greek NT) 52.2 mb and Gmap Tool All 186.1 mb.3 in one, I think. I pasted sw.unl and gmapsupp.unl files in the GarminMobile directory after generating them with key generator N15 and my id 3493045314. But everything is in vane. Both maps have * in the name and I have information on the page “Can’t unlock maps using unit ID1002023690. But the number of my unit (GarminMobilePC) is 3493045314. I tried all the map id 295, 821, 822 and 800 and result is the same. Who is the genus to solve the problem? Thank you in advance.

3.To the files Tab choose the image file you want then click to info and note down the FID & PID numbers
4. To the split tab , choose the directory where the mapsource map will be created, check compile preview map, set a mapset name, check set mapset FID and place the numbers you have noted
5.Click split selected and you are ready

I don't know why you keep uploading to it. I never do it, even many members ask it. But they just ask, not knowing that is work to do and for what? For 2-3 days? Use another server, they are many and some never delete a file.

i used the gmaptool to see the map id and it has 3. the 2 already mentioned and also 800. should i not put the 800 in the keygen? is it not needed?

Just some of my thoughts: I understand NNG complains and directs RS to remove their content as a result of copyright infringement. However blocking my GROconverter which was purely written by me is absurd! It does not contain any of the NNG copyright code. :shock: As I see it their arrogance has no limits! They think they can stop software piracy. There are SW giants like M$ or Apple and they cannot stop it, so what this cockroach small company think, they can ?!?

hello guys a question.. how is it possible that garmin+3in1 map doesnt have many street names in thessaloniki? i checked my MN7 with europe map and this map has got even the small streets. and i thought it will not have all of them as its for whole europe and they usually put the main streets and not all small streets in such maps.

3. Probably you have made a mistake , check the below things

if this is not a typing mistake you have forgotten the "P" to the unl file.
ii)you must create a 50 digit number without space betweeb them for the two maps
iii) To the keygen , when you are creating the maps serial , you must put and your garmin unit ID number to the top

I rechecked my steps with your list and I had forgotten that the keys for the maps should all be in one line.
I had also forgotten a map file in the garmin folder (autodrive 1.40) as previously i was having the maps in the following format 2in1 (anavasi+bluechart) + 1 (autodrive 1.40).

Garmin is working again!

what do you want to do exactly ?

I want to make maps (Anavasis or Autodrive) with the right format for Garmin City Navigator Europe Nt10. So i believe if i use those tools i'll make the maps i need (to use it with GCN Europe NT10)

Can somebody (preferably leaving in Greece) advise which map should I use for a trip (holiday) in Greece - CNE 2010.10 (looks to have very good coverage for Greece comparing with previous versions) or ADH 1.70. Mainly road driving / pedestrian, no off-road/camping so I don't think Anavasi is the right one for me.
I will generally avoid to use a combination of both of them (CNE+ADH) in one file (or separate files) as I am not sure if problems (overlaying) will appear or not.

ADH 1.70 has definitely better coverage than CNE 2010. However, you could put them both, I have been using CNE for England and ADH for greece in two different files (GMAPSUPP + GMAPPROM) for years, with no problems.

I agreed with Tyx, ADH 1.70 is better, you can use them both and if you worried about overlay just disable the one you don't need till you do...

As you have already noticed the links are deleted repeatly that is why i have upload to first page all the necessery tools for download the map by yourselves from the original site .read the guide is very easy

links for NEW 3 IN 1 WITH ENGLISH AD 1.70 ?

I'm leaving to Greece in 10 days and this map would really be useful.

I got the anavasis 412 map. (in .img format)
I used the tool described in first post to revert it to mapsource format.
I created a folder with split img files.
I ran install.bat to "bve accepted" to mapsource, but i dont see anything!
Any help?

you don't do something wrong, i also tried, but nothing!the map gets installed ok in mapsource but it's no visible.i don't think that's doable at least with this way.if anyone has succeded please post

You can get the map from the official autodrive hellas site and then extract it with uniextract

I've installed the map in my mobile with Garmin Mobile, however I have a problem in my PDA.

I'm not able to install the 1.70en map.
I get the gmapprom.img (from the .exe), I then use gmaptool, I insert the key from the 1.3 generator, I choose write all, I rename it to gmapsupp.img and I copy it to my SD.
The map does not appear.
My 1.60 version works just fine with the same procedure.

It seems like my device cannot "see" the map. If I just copy it without any unlock key, I don't get the "can't unlock maps". It's like the map is not there.
Any idea why this happens?

Hi can i use the garmine mobile xt in a nokia 9300?

Any idea what program I can use to MERGE 2 or 3 .img files into one (like AUTODRIVE+ANAVASIS+ BlUECHART etc) ??? I saw a link in this forum but it doesn't work. Also, if for example I want to navigate through France & Germany, can I merge the 2 maps into one???? Will it work????

Using mapsource, you can merge whatever maps you want, even just parts of it.

I'm not going to make or post any x to 1 versions. Some people have reported a bug with voice guidance on some rare occasions when 2 or more maps are loaded for the same country and they don't have the roads same mapped. As reported by others, in this rare occasion, Garmin may give you a faulty voice guidance (See here ([Only registered and activated users can see links])). So now I'm using only one map at a time, according to my needs.

GUIDE FOR CREATING MAPSOURCE MAPS

1.Download this file with all the necessery tools

2.Run Gmaptool.exe to the options tab choose the path where cGpsmapper.exe is located
3.To the files Tab choose the image file you want then click to info and note down the FID & PID numbers
4. To the split tab , choose the directory where the mapsource map will be created, check compile preview map, set a mapset name, check set mapset FID and place the numbers you have noted
5.Click split selected and you are ready





I just used this method for create mapsource AutoDrive 1.90 files. Mapsource program recognize the produced map but it says that the map is locked. Any idea how to unlock it in mapsource?

You kinda post it in the wrong place. Garmin won't work very well on WinCE devices, it works well only on Garmin devices linux based. You can use another navigation system after you unlock it. But move your questions here:

the link for the guide of installation in greek is invalid..can someone help and send me the guide...im using a 5230 installed the visual key (though i cant press on screen "i agree" only with green key-still i can change languages on screen) installed garmin ,found my unit and from keygen -taked the code and sw.unl done and put it on folder...still im stucked how to make the prog no to promt me to link with garmin gps and use my devices gps..help plz.. :)

Hi, my friends! I cannot connect my Magellan GPS to my PC (laptop) where I have realy the best Greek maps. The program asks for key (password) to connect other (not Garmin GPS) Could you give me dew advice? Sigic in the same PC see Magellan GPS in Com Port 1 with 9600 BAUD RATE. May be there is any way to activate the Garemin program?

guys i ahave installed this on my n95 8gb nut there are 2 issues:
1:When it begins i press enter unlock code but it doesnt give any code to put in the keygen,
2:It cannot find my internal gps.It just keeps saying that i need to turn my bluetooth on to find an external gps.Does it work only with external gps?
